This page outlines the refund policies, terms, and conditions for the GPT Sales System. Be advised each individual product has its own terms and conditions and must be agreed upon at checkout as a condition of sale.
Policy for the GPT Sales System:
By default, all sales are final. Your order is refundable under the conditional policies below:
Conditional Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered with in a 30 day window from the moment of purchase, as recorded by the checkout system. Requests occurring outside of this window will be denied. Requests are considered if all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The customer has contacted us within two weeks (14 days) of purchase
(2) The customer has worked with us to diagnose, troubleshoot, and take corrective action within two weeks of the moment of purchase and through the 30 day period following the purchase.
(3) The customer has provided a daily log (30 Days) of activities demonstrating measurable work being performed using the GPT Sales System. The log must include the following information in substantial volume:
(4) HGM has determined that substantive effort was made, training was consumed and applied, and that the customer made a good faith effort to execute the training as provided.
HGM reserves the right to request additional information and determine if the effort made reaches generally accepted practices.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical merchandise. All disputes will be countered.
If granted, a refund can only be returned to the payment method used at checkout, and will result in deactivation of accounts on the members system.
If granted, a refund will also invalidate any partner or second login provided to the original purchaser.
All digital and downloadable products are nonrefundable nor eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated in the product terms of service.
We cannot get back the time we spend on coaching nor the value we provide in our on-demand training programs.
Membership programs:
Monthly membership programs can be canceled at any time. To cancel a membership, open a ticket in our support desk at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure our staff can cancel your membership in time. Refunds on memberships are not provided once payment is processed.
